The first important thing is to make sure you know where you want your inflatable rental, and make sure there is enough room. Please allow at least 5 feet at the front and rear if the bouncy castle and 2 feet on the sides.

The second thing is, if you have a dog, please clean the yard of any waste before we come. It will help to keep odours away while your kids are jumping, and will prevent any soiling of our unit(s).
Please also make sure that the garden items such as garden toys, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the bouncy castle will be installed

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough space for us to install our equipment in your chosen location. If we arrive and find that there is not enough, you will be asked to pay the full price if you make incorrect calculations on space.

It is safe, however as with any activity involving small children, adults must supervise the activity. Please refer to the instructions and guidelines listed on your rental contract and on the unit itself. It is important that all users follow the rules listed. We require a waiver note to be signed prior to set up.

Absolutely! Our courteous driver will deliver and set up each inflatable and ensure that they are clean and in good working condition well before your party starts. We will also come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up time is different from each unit, some as fast as 30min,some can take a bit longer.

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. 

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

No Problem. Just give us a call, as we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we can have an opportunity to rent the unit out.

We reserve the right to cancel, should the weather be unfavourable. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivery, we will give you a call to discuss whether we should cancel the rental and reschedule your event. If we set up the unit, and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds) if this happens you must NOT allow the use of the bounce house, and we will contact you to discuss whether we continue the event. However, in this event, no refund will be given. It is advised to stop the use of inflatable use if the rain becomes heavy, as the castle can become slippery when wet. This can be later dried with a towel.

Full payment is due at delivery. At the moment only cash is accepted.

We cannot guarantee that the inflatables will not affect your lawn. In most cases, it will only temporarily flatten the grass, which should recover in a few days.

Unfortunately, for your security and insurance reasons, this is not permitted.

Ideally is to take the bouncy castle via the side garden. Otherwise, you must ensure that there is a clear way for our delivery team to get through and install the inflatables.

Important: Large inflatables will not fit through a regular front door, it is also very heavy and it will be impossible to squeeze this in a small areas.
